Deep Tissue Massage Prices in Salt Lake City

Three lengths, three prices. Sixty minutes is $85. Ninety minutes is $125. One hundred twenty minutes is $165. That is the whole deep tissue menu and it does not change by day of week, by time of day, or by whether it is your first visit or your fortieth.

The time you book is time on the table. Sixty minutes means an hour of hands on you, not fifty minutes with a consultation and a changing room carved out of it. That distinction matters more for this kind of work than for any other, because deep tissue spends its first stretch just warming tissue to the point where deeper pressure is useful. An hour is enough for one or two regions done properly. Ninety is the length most people settle on once they have tried both, because it gives the therapist room to work a problem area and then follow the chain that feeds it. Two hours is for full-body work or for a tension pattern that has been building for years.

Add-ons are priced separately and are genuinely optional. Cupping is $20 and uses suction to lift fascia rather than compress it. Hot stones are $20 and use heat to shorten the time tissue needs before it will release. A thirty minute infrared sauna session is $30 and can go before or after your massage. CBD worked into the oil is $30. Nobody at the table will push these on you mid-session.

Do the addition here rather than at the counter. Hot stones on a sixty makes $105. Cupping on a ninety makes $145. A sauna half hour beside a two hour session makes $195. Stack cupping and CBD onto ninety minutes and the figure is $175. Whichever of those you land on, a card adds five dollars to it and cash does not.

Pressure is not a paid tier here. The deep pressure upgrade is included at no additional charge, at the regular session price, so $85 buys an hour whether you want steady moderate work or the firmest a therapist can usefully give. Nobody gets billed for asking someone to lean harder.

The sauna also stands on its own. Thirty minutes of infrared is $30 with a massage attached or without one, so coming in for that alone is a real option on a day when the table is not what you want.

Two people can book together. A couples session puts both of you in one private suite with your own therapist each, starting at the same moment, and either partner can choose deep tissue while the other picks something gentler. That pricing is per couple, not per person: $165 for sixty minutes, $245 for ninety, $325 for one hundred twenty.

On payment, the honest version. Card payments carry a $5 processing fee. Cash carries no fee. We are not hiding that in the fine print because we would rather you bring cash knowingly than find out at the counter. Prices are in US dollars.

Gift cards work for any dollar amount or for a specific service, and they never expire. If you are buying one for someone who has said the word "knots" more than twice this year, $125 covers a ninety minute deep tissue outright.

There is no membership program here and no package you have to buy into to get the listed rate. We have never run a pricing model where the advertised number is the member number and everyone else pays more. If you want to come once, come once.

What we do not charge for: parking, which is free at our building, and a consultation at the start of your session, which is simply part of the appointment. What we cannot quote you is a price for facials, head spa, or reflexology, because this is a massage-only studio and those are performed at our sister location, Elite Spa Utah at 1136 S State Street.

Two policies belong on a price page. Gratuity is recommended and never required, with twenty percent being the customary rate across service businesses. And a session cancelled inside twenty-four hours of its start time is not refunded, so a change of plan costs you nothing when it happens early and costs you the booking when it does not.
